Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU, USA, UAE Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the last item of your order.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returning Items

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the items to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery (we do not refund express or premium shipping upgrades), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned items.

We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exemptions

All products in our store are eligible for return under the right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
• Perishable goods
